At O'Brien Watersports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Whether it is a life jacket that doesn't fit or a board that isn't quite right, we are committed to getting you back on the water with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and manuals are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
