What is the warranty policy on O'Brien wakeboards and tubes?
Most O'Brien products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like delamination or hardware failure but does not cover damage from impact with docks, rocks, or other obstacles.
How should I store my inflatable tubes and paddleboards during the off-season?
We recommend cleaning your gear with fresh water and mild soap, drying it completely, and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Deflating items slightly can help prevent stress on the seams during long-term storage.
Do you offer international shipping for large items like kayaks?
Yes, we ship internationally; however, oversized items like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards may require specialized freight shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy for watersports equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, items that have been used in the water cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

While you can use an air compressor with the correct adapter, we highly recommend using a high-volume 12V or 120V pump specifically designed for towables to achieve the proper firm inflation without risking over-pressurization.
